Designed for the new airline market, Ford's Tri-Motor was an innovative design incorporating three radial engines, the corrugated metal fuselage featured an enclosed cockpit and a heated passenger cabin. Coined as the "Tin Goose", there were 199 Tri-Motors built between 1926 and 1933.
